License Agreement
By subscribing to Clonify Library you are being granted a license to use the assets for specific uses under certain conditions.
Regular License (Templates, Figma Pro, Framer Pro, All Access)
Allows you to use Clonify’s assets for unlimited personal and commercial projects. This type of license is used by freelancers, developers, and agencies.
License terms
CAN BE USED FOR
Create an End Products for your personal or client's project.
Modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.
CANNOT BE USED FOR
Re-distribute the Item/s, (Free or paid) regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances You cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and list it as your own on your website or, to a third-party.
Make a theme, template or derivative work of any product to sell on any marketplace.
Copy components to your account, with the intention to use them at a later date.
Resell or otherwise distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.
Template Creator License
Allows you to use Clonify’s assets to build and sell unlimited templates and ui kits for both Framer & Figma.
License terms
CAN BE USED FOR
Create templates that can be sold on marketplaces and personal websites. Example: Framer Marketplace, UI8, Craftwork etc.
Modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.
CANNOT BE USED FOR
Create an End Products for your personal or client's project.
Redistribute Clonify's assets (whether free or paid) in any non-template format or derivative under any circumstances. You cannot replicate or modify these assets and list them as your own on your website, builders, or offer them to a third party.
Copy components to your account, with the intention to use them at a later date.
Resell or otherwise distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.
To avoid copyright claims, templates you create and sell should not different than their original sections or asset.
Re-distribute existing or upcoming template created by Clonify or Nayzak Design, (Free or paid) regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances You cannot replicate or make modifications to templates and list it as your own on your website or, to a third-party.
You are only allowed to use sections and wireframes to build templates.
Free assets
Allows you to use free copied assets for unlimited personal and commercial projects without attribution.
- If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your account and close access to the products without a refund and clarification of the circumstances. Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
- Excessive copying of components is and will be detected by our system, and taken seriously. Misuse of our product may result in access being removed. Use components only on an as needed basis.
